Compensation for vaccine damage can be claimed if:

How much is the compensation for vaccine damage?

The amount of compensation depends on the severity of the health damage. Compensation is paid based on the rates that were in effect in the year the health damage occurred.

Compensation amounts increase each year in line with the consumer price index published by Statistics Canada. If the consumer price index does not increase or decreases, insurance amounts and compensation remain the same.
